Furious and Fed Up: Pakistan Economic Crisis 😤
I feel like I'm watching a disaster unfold before my eyes. Pakistan's economy is a ticking time bomb, and I'm not sure how much longer we can survive. Every passing day brings new challenges, and the future looks increasingly uncertain.
I was trying not to think about the economic condition of Pakistan; however, I came across numerous videos and articles about the inflation in Pakistan. The condition of Pakistan is getting worse, people are helpless in the hands of these so-called leaders who aren't doing anything but fighting for power. People can't do anything except have patience, be helpless, and cry. Even though they are working harder than ever before to make their ends meet, they are bound to ask for help even if they don't want to.
Petrol prices are hiking insanely, electric bills, school fees, medical bills, and even basic grocery prices are increasing every passing month. The fact that I come from a family that can be considered upper-middle-class, but the prices of basic necessities are creating difficulties for us and making us crazy. I feel devastated and fierce, wondering where my country is heading, where the average person can't afford basic needs, and people are cutting out basic things from their budget.
How inhumane are these political parties? They are just fighting for seats; aren't they seeing the cries of the people? If Pakistan was actually the priority of these political leaders and government organizations, it wouldn't have been this arduous for them to get funding and actually help the people rather than eating up the money from the taxes of those people who are struggling to live.
Is this country livable anymore? 1.2 million people left the country this year. Students and youngsters are running from the country at a huge rate as soon as they get opportunities, and 150,000 highly qualified individuals, who were believed to be the future of the country, don't feel like living here, and it's justifiable. They don't feel secured about their future, as there are no actions taken by responsible organizations and the government.
People strive for a country where they see serious action being taken. It's high time for the government and responsible organizations to take action.
